360 Degree Grass Swivel Shear

Hand operated shears with 360deg handle action which allows horizontal 0deg through to vertical 90deg usage. The 140mm blades are precision ground, heat treated and non stick coated for smooth corrosion free protection. Incorporates thumb lock on handle and blade tensioner. One blade is fixed to allow grass trimming close to walls.
